Sangini Care is built on one promise — your health data stays on your device. Always.

1. Data We Collect

Sangini Care collects only the information you voluntarily enter in the app:

Name, nickname, and birth date (for personalization only)

Period start/end dates and flow intensity

Physical symptoms and mental moods

Lifestyle metrics: sleep, water, exercise, notes

App preferences: theme, cycle baseline

We do NOT collect: device identifiers, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any usage analytics.

2. How Data is Stored

Your health data is stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage). You may optionally sync to your own Google Drive account — your data goes directly to your Drive, not to our servers.

No backend servers or cloud databases operated by us

Optional Google Drive sync goes to your own account only

Data remains in the app's private storage sandbox

3. Data Sharing & Advertising

We share ZERO personal health data with anyone.

There are no third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Facebook SDK).

Your health logs, symptoms, and cycle data are never shared or sold.

4. Backup & Export

You can manually export your data as a .sangini file using the Settings screen. This file contains all your health logs in JSON format.

We do not have access to exported backups

Backups can be imported back into the app to restore data

5. App Permissions

Sangini Care may request the following permissions:

Storage — only to allow manual .sangini backup exports

Notifications — for optional local cycle reminders (never remote)

6. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times.

Go to Settings → Reset Local Data to delete everything instantly

Uninstalling the app removes all data from your device permanently

7. Children's Privacy

Sangini Care is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
